Project Manager for translation company

We are looking for a project manager for a translation company Geacom (remotely) 

We are a translation company that takes complex projects and does them efficiently and on time. Now we need a project manager who will become a reliable part of the team: he will help keep processes under control and ensure smooth work with translators.

Who are we waiting for: 

• confident level of English — at least B2; 

• confident German language level — at least B2; 

• native Russian speaker;

• experience working with CAT tools (or willingness to learn quickly and use confidently); 

• attention to detail, the ability to keep several tasks in mind and not lose any of them; 

• Willingness to work remotely and be in touch during business hours.

What will need to be done: 

• distribute projects among translators, taking into account their specialization, workload and deadlines; 

• monitor the execution of tasks, monitor statuses and meet deadlines; 

• promptly respond to changes and help resolve emerging issues; 

• communicate with performers, help with task clarifications; 

• work in CAT programs (Smartcat, MemoQ, Trados, or similar) - confidently navigate the interface, understand how to upload files, and assign performers.
