Waiter/ Waitress

We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player who is punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Is fluent in English
• Speaks Serbian well enough to communicate fluently with guests
• Has recidence permit
• Has experience working in bar
• Is friendly, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

• Greet and interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Accurately take and process customer orders
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, presentation, and timing
• Answer menu-related questions and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints in a calm and professional way
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient daily operations

Salary: 70,000 RSD/month (400 per hour) + tips + bonuses

Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

Probation: 1 month
