Tour Operator – Booking & Yield Specialist

We are looking for an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person to take on an important role within our team. In this position, you will combine operational accuracy in reservation processing with strategic management of pricing and capacity to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability of our travel packages.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Living in Serbia

Knowledge of Serbian at a basic level or above is considered an advantage,

Strong analytical skills and a natural aptitude for working with numbers and statistics.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas and pivot tables are essential tools for the yield management aspects of the role).

Previous experience in the tourism industry, particularly in reservations or operational roles involving partners and airlines.

A high level of accuracy and independence in work, with the ability to identify when prices should be increased or decreased.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international partners.

1. Yield & Revenue Management (Pricing and Capacity Management):

Pricing Strategy & Dynamic Pricing: Developing, monitoring, and continuously adjusting pricing strategies based on seasonality, demand, competition, and market trends.

Analysis & Forecasting: Monitoring booking pace, analyzing historical data, and preparing sales performance reports.

Inventory Management: Optimizing contracted hotel and flight allocations by opening and closing sales channels at the right time to avoid penalties and unsold inventory.

Promotions & Special Offers: Developing and implementing last-minute discounts, early-booking campaigns, and special packages in cooperation with the sales team.

2. Booking & Operations (Processing and Monitoring):

Booking Confirmation Control: Monitoring the status of reservations sent to partners (hotels, local agencies) and ensuring that each reservation is properly confirmed.

Flight Ticket Monitoring: Monitoring ticket issuance status and ticketing deadlines, tracking schedule changes, and responding promptly to airline changes.

System Accuracy & Updates: Entering and maintaining accurate information on confirmed services and prices in the agency’s internal system.
