Описание

Компания Citrus Systems ищет: Payment Support Specialist (junior/middle) (Белград), зарплата от 1 000 EUR в месяц, полная занятость. Отклик напрямую работодателю на Radim.rs.

Требования

English language B1+
Knowledge of Russian language (Native)

Обязанности

Involved in all markets payment processing and support of payment methods
Supporting efficient payment processing
Ensure all payment transactions are processed correctly in real-time, identifying any failures or discrepancies.
Monitor payment gateways and third-party processors to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Mentor and training new team members on payment systems, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers regarding payment systems and issues
Verify and reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to payments
Identify opportunities for improving payment processing procedures and workflows
Participate in testing (debugging bugs, testing new functionality in order to understand its work)
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance related to payment gateway integrations or issues (e.g., credit card, debit card, e-wallets, etc.).
Ensure that payment systems are working as expected, making sure transactions are processed without delays.
Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements.
Communicate with payment provider support representatives
Work in the administrative panel developed by the company
Coordinate with both customers and internal teams (e.g., finance, IT, or customer support) to resolve payment-related issues.
Ensure that all payment transactions follow legal and company policies, particularly around data security
Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
