Sales Manager

Experience in the wine industry and in sales.

WSET Level 2 or higher is a strong advantage.

Fluent Russian; at least intermediate Serbian and English.

Valid category B driving licence.

Proactive, self-driven and comfortable with field sales.

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Experience with a CRM, or the ability to learn one quickly.

Actively sell Vinarija Todorović wines to the HoReCa sector (restaurants, bars, hotels, wine shops) in Belgrade and the surrounding area.

Prospect and win new clients through in-person visits.

Run wine presentations and tastings for clients.

Develop and manage the existing client portfolio.

Meet sales targets.

Keep the client base and deals up to date in the CRM and report regularly.

Work closely with a Russian-speaking manager who is based remotely.

Wine delivery from time to time.

Full-time position.

Office in Belgrade, with most of the work in the field.

Compensation: base salary + performance bonus, to be discussed with the candidate.
