Practical experience making butter croissants from scratch.

Ability to prepare, laminate, roll, cut and shape dough independently.

Understanding of dough and butter temperature, resting times and fermentation.

Precision and consistency in product weight, shape and quality.

Reliability, punctuality and good workplace hygiene.

Basic Serbian or English for communication with the team.

Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes.

Laminate dough with butter and manage resting and cooling stages.

Cut and shape croissants consistently.

Monitor proofing and baking according to the production schedule.

Follow the daily production plan and maintain quality standards.

Use ingredients carefully and minimize waste.

Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.

Starting pay of 600 RSD/hour net, with a higher starting rate available for candidates with proven skills and independence.

Work 5 or 6 days per week, by agreement.

Working hours and shift schedule agreed before starting.

Introduction to our recipes and production methods.

Work with high-quality ingredients and long-fermented dough.
