Content Marketing Manager

● 2–3+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment

● Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals — positioning, audience definition, channel

strategy, and how to tie content back to a goal — not just strong writing

● Excellent written English; strong editing and adaptation skills — able to write the

same piece in different registers depending on audience and channel

● Comfort managing multiple content formats and channels simultaneously

● Basic understanding of SEO/GEO principles — enough to write with them in mind

and collaborate effectively with a specialist, not to own the strategy yourself

● Basic video creation/editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, or similar) are a plus, not a

requirement

● Self-directed and comfortable in a small, fast-moving marketing team where you’ll

own execution end-to-end

● Proactive, results-driven, and genuinely motivated to keep improving the quality of

your own work

Nice to Have

● Experience in B2B tech, industrial, or refurbishment/circular economy sectors

●

● Write and produce content across formats: web copy, blog posts, social media posts,

case studies, sales enablement material, presentations, video scripts, and

email/outreach copy.

● Adapt and maintain NSYS’s tone of voice consistently across channels and content

types

● Own content and publishing across a wide range of channels: website, email,

LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

● Support visual content production; create or assist with short-form video content

where relevant (product explainers, trade show recaps, social clips)

● Tailor content for different segments of our B2B audience while keeping messaging

consistent with brand guidelines

● Coordinate translation of content into other languages, working with internal team

members and external translators to keep localized versions accurate and on-brand

● Publish and manage all materials across channels end-to-end — not just writing

content, but getting it live and tracking how it performs

● Analyze content performance across channels and use results to inform what to

create next

● Collaborate closely with our SEO/GEO specialist and designer —
