Требования

at least 1 year of experience working with specialty coffee in high-volume cafés;
theoretical knowledge of coffee;
latte art skills (heart and tulip);
accuracy in work and ability to follow established procedures;
confident English; Serbian will be an advantage.

operating the espresso machine, preparing classic espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, hand-brew coffee, lemonades, and signature drinks;
performing daily equipment maintenance and weekly cleaning of espresso grinders;
operating the cash register, maintaining cash handling procedures, and communicating with guests;
maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation.

work permit and assistance with residence permit processing after successfully completing the probation period;
meals provided;
company uniform;
internal training on products and service.
