Требования
- at least 1 year of experience in a bakery– theoretical knowledge of bread, sourdough, enriched doughs, and laminated pastry– accuracy in work and adherence to established processes– compliance with технологические карты and established regulations
Обязанности
- daily participation in baking and finishing products– daily preparation of semi-finished products for the menu, preparation of desserts– working with bakery equipment: deck oven, combi oven, retarder, spiral and planetary mixers– maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
