Bar staff

We are looking for a punctual, reliable, and dedicated team player who takes their work seriously and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous experience working in a bar and with coffee
• Is fluent in English
• Speaks Serbian well enough to communicate fluently with guests
• Has a valid residence permit
• Maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Is able to follow all necessary guidelines, procedures, and standards for the role
• Is a team player with a positive and professional attitude

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Preparing cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and coffee
• Ensuring all beverages are prepared and served to a high standard
• Ensuring glassware is clean and properly maintained
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the work area
• Following established hygiene standards, procedures, and recipes
• Working efficiently and maintaining consistency during busy service periods

Salary: 75,000 RSD/month (425 per hour) + tips + bonuses

Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

Probation: 1 month
