Branch Director / Country Director

• Practical experience in development and completing the full project cycle.– Experience working as a project director or in a management position comparable in scale.– Understanding of the economics of development projects, budget, timeline, and risk management.– Experience managing a team, contractors, and key stakeholders.– Independence, mature leadership, and responsibility for the result.– English at a working level.– Fluent Russian or Serbian and willingness to learn the other language.

Experience working in Serbia, knowledge of the local business environment, and international experience in development will be an advantage.

• Manage the branch and the company’s development projects in Serbia.– Ensure project delivery in terms of timelines, budget, quality, and economic indicators.– Lead the local team and coordinate work with the head office.– Make key project and management decisions.– Control project economics, timelines, and risks.– Interact with contractors, partners, consultants, and government authorities.– Represent the company in the local market and participate in the development of a new project portfolio.
